On January 25, 2021, D and Z Media Acquisition Corp. closed the transaction. The transaction included participation from D & Z Media Holdings LLC for 4,433,333 warrants for proceeds of $6,650,000 and retuning investor Loop Capital Markets LLC for 166,667 warrants for proceeds of $250,000.
