An unknown buyer agreed to acquire 2% stake in Seoul City Gas Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A017390) from Daesung Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A016710) for KRW 40.1 billion on January 3, 2023. Deal is expected to close today.
