Daido Metal Co., Ltd. (TSE:7245) signed a memorandum of understanding to acquire unknown stake in NPR of Europe GmbH from Nippon Piston Ring Co., Ltd. (TSE:6461) on December 22, 2017. As on July 27, 2018, the Board of Daido Metal resolved to sign a share purchase agreement to acquire 30% stake in NPR of Europe GmbH from Nippon Piston Ring Co., Ltd. The share purchase agreement is expected to be signed on July 27, 2018. Daido Metal Co., Ltd. (TSE:7245) agreed to acquire 30% stake in NPR of Europe GmbH from Nippon Piston Ring Co., Ltd. (TSE:6461) on July 27, 2017. Share transfer is subject to and conditional upon approval of relevant authorities. The transaction is expected to complete on October 1, 2018.
