Daiko Denshi Tsushin, Ltd. (TSE:8023) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 300,000 shares, representing 2.27% of its total shares outstanding excluding treasury shares, for a total of ¥210 million. The purpose of the program is to enhance the return of profits to shareholders by improving capital efficiency.
The repurchase program is valid till April 9, 2024. As of September 30, 2023, the company had 13,236,341 shares outstanding excluding treasury shares and had 632,067 shares in treasury.
