Daiko Denshi Tsushin, Ltd. (TSE:8023) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 48,000 shares, representing 0.35% of the outstanding shares, at ¥618 per share for ¥29.66 million. Shares will be repurchased from Daikyo Denshi Tsushin Co., Ltd. The program will run until March 17, 2020. As of February 29, 2020, the company had 13,693,756 shares outstanding and 174,652 shares in treasury.
