Daikokuya Holdings Co.,Ltd. (TSE:6993) announced a private placement of 110 warrants at ¥98,670 per share for gross proceeds of ¥10,853,700 its 17th series on May 8, 2017. The transaction will include participation from returning investors MT Capital Silent Partnership, managed by MT Capital GK for 88 warrants and Admiral Capital Co., Ltd. for 22 warrants. The transaction is expected to complete by May 24, 2017. The company will incur issue expenses of ¥5,005,000 including value calculation expenses of ¥1,500,000, attorney fees of ¥3,500,000, and registration fees of ¥5,000.
Daikokuya Holdings Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of electrical appliances, as well as pawnshops, secondhand stores, and other businesses. The Company operates through two business segments. The Electrical Equipment segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of products such as industrial lighting equipment, electrical construction materials, and control equipment.
