Daito Me Holdings Co., Ltd (GTSM:8455) and Daito Me Co Ltd made a takeover bid to acquire an unknown minority stake in ShineMore Technology Materials Co., Ltd (GTSM:8291) on January 4, 2018. The transaction has been approved by the regulatory authority.
Daito Me Holdings Co., Ltd is a Cayman Islands-based company engaged in the wholesale business of electrical and electronic parts, the automation business of industrial management, and the embedded personal computer (PC) business of industrial use. In addition, the Company integrates the supply chain, with manufacturing as the center, and provides complete upstream and downstream industry chain manufacturing services. The Company provides its products to the automotive industry, the industrial machinery industry, and other industries. Its product range includes central processing unit (CPU) motherboards, control machine components, servo motors, power supplies, connectors and others. It provides industrial PC (i-PC) products; open frames, which is a designed frame structure according to customer requirements; motherboard forms, including visual inspection, performance inspection and other for a range of services according to customer requirements.
