Daiwa House REIT Investment Corporation (TSE:8984) agreed to acquire DPL Kitakyushu from Daiwa House Industry Co.,Ltd. (TSE:1925) for ¥3.5 billion on September 21, 2018. The consideration will be paid through debt financing of ¥2 billion and the balance from the cash reserves. The agreement is expected to be signed by September 27, 2018.
The transaction is expected to close on September 27, 2018. The Tanizawa Sogo Appraisal Co., Ltd. acted as an appraiser in the transaction.
