The Company's operating divisions include minerals, and oil and gas. The Company's minerals division holds properties located in New Mexico, Texas and Utah. The Company's minerals division holds projects and properties, which include Sierra Kaolin Project, Marfa Zeolite Project, Mesa de Oro Property and Beaver Creek Zeolite Property. The Company's oil and gas division has interests in approximately 30 producing wells in Texas, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The Sierra Kaolin Project consists of approximately 25 federal mining claims encompassing over 2,720 acres. The Company holds approximately 5,180 acres under various leases in Mesa de Oro Property.
