DANGOTE SUGAR REFINERY PLC - APPROVAL OF THE UNAUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THIRD QUARTER ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2021
This is to notify the investing public and the Nigerian Exchange Limited that the Board of Directors of Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc met on Wednesday, October 27, 2021. At the meeting, the Board considered and approved the Company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the Quarter ended 30th September, 2021.
The approved Unaudited Financial Statements would be filed on or before 30th October, 2021 in line with the rules of the Nigerian Exchange Limited.
