For many years, tasks have been solved in separate units run by the management, but going forward, employees working with changing and improving the bank will be solving tasks in smaller groups - so-called Squads. It is their job to solve the task, but they will decide themselves how they go about it. The individual squads belong to a bigger 'tribe', which contribute to the bank's business goals and strategy.
