DASAN Networks, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A039560) entered into a letter of intent to acquire Munhwa Book Distrbution Co. Ltd. on December 2, 2022. As of December 5, 2022, DASAN Networks, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A039560) entered into a contract to acquire Munhwa Book Distrbution Co. Ltd. for KRW 15 billion. As per the terms, for 3,369.8464497 shares of Munhwa book 1 share of Dasan Network will be issued. Total of 3,363,107 shares will be issued. The deal is expected to close on February 15, 2023. As of January 5, 2023. Transaction is expected to be close on February 28, 2022. The transaction is approved by DASAN Networks, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A039560) board of directors. Transaction is expected to complete by March 15, 2023.
