The board (the "Board") of directors of Datang Group Holdings Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the contracted sales of the Company, its subsidiaries and associates (the "Group") as of 31 March 2021 was RMB2.704 billion; the sales area was 263,500 square meters; the average selling price was RMB10,262 per square meter.
From January to March 2021, the Group achieved accumulated contracted sales of RMB9.35 billion; accumulated sales area of 908,000 square meters; average selling price of RMB10,297 per square meter.
