DataVan International Corporation is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of industry computers. The Company's products mainly include point-of-sale (POS) hosts, touch-screen liquid crystal displays (LCDs), self-service systems, parts and peripheral products and information technology (IT) products. The Company is also engaged in the construction of residential buildings. The POS systems are applied in chain stores, shopping malls, restaurants and aviation services. The touch-screen LCDs are utilized as display and input devices. The self-service systems are applied in retailing, governments, financial industry and tourism services. The parts and peripheral products include card readers, fingerprint identifiers, bar code readers, cash boxes and programmable keyboards, among others. The Company distributes its products in Taiwan, Asia and Europe.
