Re-appointment of Chairman, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

This is to inform that subsequent to recent election of directors held on May 22, 2023, Mr. Hussain Dawood has been re-appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors (the Board) of Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited (the Company) in terms of Section 192 of the Companies Act, 2017 (the Act), and Mr. Abdul Samad Dawood has been re-appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board, for a term of three year commencing from May 22, 2023.

Further, pursuant to the provision of Section 187 of the Act, Mr. Mohammad Shamoon Chaudry has been re-appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a term of three

year commencing from May 22, 2023.
