Milano, 7 luglio 2022 - DeA Capital S.p.A. comunica la variazione del numero diritti di voto a seguito di:

• azzeramento della maggiorazione del diritto di voto relativamente a n. 50.000 azioni ordinarie DeA Capital S.p.A.
• maggiorazione del diritto di voto di n. 30.000 azioni ordinarie DeA Capital S.p.A.

ai sensi dell'art. 127-quinquies del T.u.f. e in applicazione di quanto previsto dallo statuto sociale.

Milan, 7 July 2022 - DeA Capital S.p.A. hereby announces the change of the number of voting rights following the:

• waiver of the double voting rights on n. 50,000 DeA Capital S.p.A. ordinary shares
• increase of voting rights relating to n. 30,000 DeA Capital S.p.A. ordinary shares

pursuant to art. 127-quinquies of the TUF and in application of the provisions of the Articles of Association.
