Nova rises to 98 percent of DeA Capital upon closing of takeover bid

(Alliance News) - DeA Capital Spa announced Tuesday that Nova Srl has risen to nearly 98 percent of the company's capital at the close of the tender offer period launched by Nova.

Nova will now pay EUR1.50 per share for a total consideration of EUR113.6 million.

DeA Capital's shares will be suspended from trading by Borsa Italiana on March 6 and 7 and will be permanently lifted on March 8.

DeA Capital's stock is up 0.3 percent at EUR1.50 per share.

DeA Capital SpA is an Italy-based holding company engaged in the investment activities. The Company is De Agostini Groupâs vehicle for financial investments.
