Decibel Cannabis Company Inc. announce the promotion of Kris Newell to the recently created position of Chief Operating Officer, effective as of April 20, 2021. In this role, Kris will be responsible for overseeing the management of Decibel's two licensed cannabis cultivation facilities, as well as its cannabis processing facility.
