The Company operates in three segments: Retail, design and distribution, which is engaged in the trading of gold and jewelry; Manufacturing, which is engaged in the manufacturing of gold and jewelry, and Investment holding and property investment, which includes investments in subsidiaries and investments in properties. The Company offers products under various brands, including The Lazare Diamond (Malaysia), Forevermark (Malaysia) and Victor Mayer. It carries Infinity series of engagement rings and wedding bands, as well as Soleluna, a fashion jewelry brand. Its retail boutiques are located in Singapore at Marina Bay Sands, in Kuala Lumpur at Bangsar (flagship outlet), Ampang Point, One Utama, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and The Gardens MidValley. Its subsidiaries include P.Y.T. Jewel & Time Sdn. Bhd., Diamond & Platinum Sdn. Bhd. and Jewelmart International Sdn. Bhd.
