Delattre Levivier Maroc SA is a Morocco-based company engaged in the engineering and construction industry. The Company has formed several divisions, including mines, chemistry, offshore, energy, structures, petroleum products, gas, solar, cement, building, port, agribusiness and maintenance. Delattre Levivier Maroc SA provides its services to such sectors as construction and public works, energy, oil and gas, chemicals and infrastructures. It has three production sites, located in Ain Sebaa, Tit Mellil and Jorf Lasfar and it operates through three subsidiaries, such as DGM, DLM branch France and DLM Senegal. The Companyâs clients are: Mobil, Samir, Lafarge Maroc, Total, Gamesa, Sonasid, Technip, Holcim and AfriquiaGaz, among others. On March 7, 2013, the Company, together with Top Management, established TMM-Top Management Maroc, a subsidiary dedicated to the management of industrial projects. In November 2013, it acquired GEMA CONSTRUCT (GECO).
