Demco Public Company Limited announced that Mr. Chaiwat Lertvanarin, Independent Director, Chairman of Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee, Member of Audit Committee and Member of Corporate Risk Management Committee has declared his intention to resign from his positions in the Board and Board Committee as abovementioned due to nowadays there are more missions. This is to be effective from September 28, 2023 onwards.
