Denkyosha Co.,Ltd. (TSE:8144) acquired Apix International Co.,Ltd. from Shaddy Co.,Ltd on July 1, 2014. Under the terms of the deal, 0.2 million shares are acquired. Apix International had sales of ¥1.79 billion for the period ending March 2014. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors of Denkyosha.
