Denkyosha Co.,Ltd. (OSE:8144) entered into a basic agreement to acquire Lead Corporation from Taniyama Musen Denki K.K. on November 22, 2012. Lead Corporation reported total assets of ¥90 million as of September 30, 2012. The Board of Denkyosha took the resolution on November 22, 2012. The transaction is expected to complete on April 1, 2013.
