Densan System Co.,Ltd. reported consolidated earnings results for the six months ended June 30, 2016. For the period, the company reported net sales of JPY 14,777 million against JPY 14,148 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 409 million against JPY 465 million a year ago. Ordinary income was JPY 432 million against JPY 482 million a year ago. Net income attributable to parent shareholders was JPY 287 million against JPY 285 million a year ago. Diluted net income per share was JPY 29.65 against JPY 29.23 a year ago.
For the year ending December 31, 2016, the company expects consolidated net sales of JPY 31,500 million, operating income of JPY 1,270 million, ordinary income of JPY 1,278 million and net income attributable to parent of JPY 810 million or JPY 83.50 per share.
The company announced second quarter dividend of JPY 12.00 per share for the fiscal year 2016, payable on September 1, 2016.
