The Board of Directors of Destini Berhad approved the change of the financial year end of the Company from 31 December 2023 to 30 June 2024. The next financial year will commence from 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2024, covering a period of 18 months. Thereafter, the subsequent financial year end shall end on 30 June annually.
The rationale is to allow the Group to avoid the peak financial reporting in December and to enable better planning, coordination and management of its audit reporting.
