Deswell Industries, Inc. announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the second half and fiscal year ended March 31, 2021. For the second half, the company reported Net Sales were $37,196,000 against $27,655,000 a year ago. Operating income was $2,302,000 against $257,000 a year ago.
