At today's balance sheet meeting, the Supervisory Board of the Eigenheim Union Group approved the audited consolidated financial statements. The consolidated turnover amounts to EUR 8.80 million and has doubled compared to the previous year. Due to a tax effect, the consolidated result improved again from the first forecast of EUR 1.00 million to EUR 2.11 million (previous year EUR -0.63 million). The annual result is a milestone in the still young history of the company. "It is clear proof of the strength of our business model. Even though the economic environment is difficult, the Eigenheim Union Group is building and selling more than it did before the upheavals in the real estate industry. Despite the very good results, we are also aware that we need to continuously review and adjust our processes to ensure that we continue to achieve our goals in the coming years," comments Eigenheim Union Group's management. Furthermore, the company announces that the Annual General Meeting, which will pass resolutions on the past financial year, is scheduled to take place on 28 August 2023 in Präsenz in Berlin.
