Dexter Studios Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A206560) agreed to acquire 91.5% stake in Live Tone Co., Ltd. from Interpark Holdings Corporation (KOSDAQ:A035080) and one other for KRW 1 billion on July 31, 2017. Under the terms of the transaction, Dexter Studios Co., Ltd. will acquire 0.11 million shares of Live Tone Co., Ltd. For the year ended December 31, 2016, Live Tone Co., Ltd. reported total assets of KRW 268 million, total revenues of KRW 753 million and net loss of KRW 21 million. The transaction was resolved by Board of Directors on July 31, 2017. The transaction is expected to complete on August 8, 2017. On August 8, 2017, Dexter Studios Co., Ltd. acquired 62.59% stake of Live Tone Co., Ltd. and Live Tone Co., Ltd. cease to be a subsidiary of Interpark Holdings Corporation.
