Dialog Group Berhad agreed to acquire Tarpon Platform Systems Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and All assets of Tarpon Systems International II, LLC from Tarpon Systems International II, LLC and others for $1.2 million.

Dialog Group Berhad (KLSE:DIALOG) agreed to acquire Tarpon Platform Systems Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and All assets of Tarpon Systems International II, LLC from Tarpon Systems International II, LLC and others for $1.2 million on November 15, 2023.

On closing and completion of the relevant formalities for the transfer of shares, Tarpon Malaysia will become a wholly owned subsidiary of DIALOG. The consideration will be funded by internally generated funds. The completion of the relevant formalities for the transfer of shares to DIALOG is expected to be within 1 month from the date of this announcement.
