Please find attached a Company presentation entitled "Milestones at Cyclone and New Projects" being circulated during Company Broker Roadshows during the month of December.

In the presentation no new exploration results, mineral resources or ore reserves are presented, with all information having previously been released to market under JORC*2004. Effective 1 December 2013, JORC 2012 came into effect for all new reporting under the code. The Company will be updating its mineral resources and ore reserves within its 2013 annual report, if not before.

Diatreme Resources Ltd is an Australia-based producer of mineral and silica sands based in Brisbane. Its projects include the Galalar Silica Project, the Cyclone Zircon Project, and Clermont Copper/Gold Project. Its flagship project, Galalar Silica Project, is located approximately 200 kilometers north of Cairns and the silica sand mine at Cape Flattery in Far North Queensland. Galalar Silica Project is engaged in producing silica for the solar panel market. Cyclone Zircon Project is situated in Western Australia on the Barton shoreline along the northern margin of the Eucla Basin, approximately 25 km from Western Australiaâs state border with South Australia and 220 kilometers north of the transcontinental railway. Clermont Copper/Gold Project is located around the town of Clermont in central Queensland for exploring porphyry copper/gold and mesothermal gold. Northern Silica project is capable of producing silica for the Asian solar panel markets.
