DIGITAL VALUE WINS NEW CONTRACTS FOR A TOTAL AMOUNT OF MORE THAN 50 MILLION

Digital Value (Ticker AIM: DGV ) announces that it has been definitively and effectively awarded the following contracts, through its investee Italware:

• For an important operator in the telecommunications sector, a 36-month project for IAAS, PAAS and SAAS cloud services worth € 14,745,000, based on Oracle technology. IAAS and PASS services will allow the customer to move part of the workload of the company's Data Base on public cloud, thus allowing a substantial evolution in the management of company data. The SAAS service is based on a platform that operates as a "control tower" of all logistics processes both of the customer and of its customers, through the Supply Chain, Analytics Cloud and Automation Data Wharehouse environments that are an integral part of the contract. Through the adoption of this platform will be achieved an improvement in demand planning as well as in the management and optimization of stocks, resulting in an increase in the level of service, reducing operating costs arising from these activities.
• Two different contracts have been stipulated with a leading customer in the Central Public Administration:

• - The first one, whose duration will be 36 months for a total value of over € 19,000,000 concerns the supply, installation, start-up and management of on premise infrastructures for the modernization of the customer's infrastructures. The technologies adopted for the project are Oracle Exadata engineered systems;
• - The second, again for the same client, concerns the management of three-year maintenance and support services for all Oracle infrastructures already owned by the client. Its value amounts to about € 17,000,000.
