International Prospect Ventures Ltd. entered into a mining property purchase agreement to the remaining 60% undivided Interest in Beartooth Island Uranium Mining Claim, Lake Athabasca, Saskatchewan for CAD 0.1 million.

International Prospect Ventures Ltd. (TSXV:IZZ) entered into a mining property purchase agreement to the remaining 60% undivided Interest in Beartooth Island Uranium Mining Claim, Lake Athabasca, Saskatchewan from Ditem Explorations Inc. (OTCPK:DTEM.F) for CAD 0.1 million on May 5, 2021. International Prospect Ventures Ltd. will issue 300,000 of its common shares and make a cash payment of CAD 0.010 million to the Vendor. With International Prospect Ventures Ltd already holding 40% interest, on completion of the acquisition, International Prospect Ventures Ltd will own 100% of the Beartooth Island Property.

The transaction is subject of the Agreement and upon receipt of the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
