The Company conducts its business through two segments. The Faux Leather Chemicals Business segment is engaged in the research and development, manufacturing, and sale of coating agents and synthetic resins. The Chinese Liquor Business segment is engaged in production and sales of wine products, including Chinese baijiu. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
