The transaction included participation from new investors Dlg Exhibitions & Events Corporation Limited for CNY 27 million, Shanghai Dongrui Huizhan Private Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (L.P.), a fund managed by Shanghai Donghao Lansheng Ruili Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. for CNY 4.50 million. Post closing, Dlg Exhibitions & Events Corporation Limited will hold 34.81% stake, and Shanghai Dongrui Huizhan Private Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (L.P.), a fund managed by Shanghai Donghao Lansheng Ruili Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. will hold 5.93% stake.

Post closing, the company's registered capital will increase from CNY 1 million to CNY 1.35 million. The company held that the transaction has been approved at the 15th session of the company?s 10th supervisory board.
