DNF Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A092070) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 300,000 shares. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and to stabilize stock price. The program will be valid until January 24, 2019. As of October 23, 2018, the company had 300,000 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and no shares in treasury under other capacities.
DNF Co.,Ltd. is a Korea-based company engaged in the development, manufacture and marketing of chemical products used for semiconductor industry. The Company mainly produces amorphous carbon layer (ACL) products, which are used as hard mask film materials; atomic layer chemical vapor deposition (AL CVD) products, which are used for dynamic random-access memories (DRAMs) and flash memories; titanium nitride (TiN) products, which are used as diffusion barrier materials; superoxidase dismutase (SOD) products, and others, such as high-k precursors, silicon precursors and others. The Company also provides coating materials for automobiles, construction materials and others. In addition, it involves in the real estate rental business.
