Don Muang Tollway Public Company Limited ( " the Company" ) issued and offered the ordinary shares by Initial Public Offering (IPO) during 26-28 April 2021 totaling 140,000,000 shares at par value of 5. 20 Baht per share and the offering price of 16. 00 Baht per share, totaling 2,240. 00 Baht million. After deduction of expenses incurred from the offering, the remaining proceeds are 2,188.54 Baht million.
The Company purposely reports the fund utilization during 1 January - 30 June 2022 in the amount of 43.93 Baht million. Details are shown below:

Don Muang Tollway Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company, which grants concession for construction and is operating the elevated toll road, Utra Phimuk - Din Daeng to National Memorial Section (Don Muang Tollway). Don Muang Tollway provides services on transport for vehicles traveling inbound and outbound between Bangkok Metropolitan and its northern vicinity areas and serves as the main route to the Upper Central Region, the Northern Region and the Northeastern Region. Its services include toll rates, assistance services, safety standards and electric vehicle map. Its toll rate categories include original tollway from Din Daeng to Don Muang, and Northern Extension from Don Muang to National Memorial. Its toll plazas from Din Daeng to Don Muang include Din Daeng Toll Plaza, Suthisan Toll Plaza, Ratchadaphisek Toll Plaza, Bang Khen Toll Plaza and others. Its toll plazas from Don Muang to National Memorial include Laksi (outbound) Toll Plaza and Anusorn Satharn Toll Plaza.
