The Company's subsidiaries include Dongwon Industries Co., Ltd., which is engaged in the provision of marine products; Dongwon F&B Co., Ltd., which is involved in the provision of processed foods; Dongwon Systems Corporation, which is engaged in the construction and telecommunication industries and provision of packages and precision equipment; Dong Yeong Cold Plaza Co.,Ltd, which is involved in the agricultural and marine products storage businesses, and Dongwon HRD Co.,Ltd., which is engaged in the human resource provision business. As of March 31, 2008, the Company had 12 subsidiaries, seven sub-subsidiaries and one sub-sub-subsidiary.
