Altrad Investment Authority S.A.S. agreed to acquire Doosan Babcock Limited from Doosan Enerbility Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A034020) on May 26, 2022. This arrangement will encompass approximately 4,000 talented people joining Altrad. The transaction is likely to conclude in quarter two of 2022. Geoff Perry and Indy Bening of Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP acted as legal advisor to Altrad Investment Authority S.A.S. Howard Lee, Victor Chang, Jonathan Aiken and Ruari Sinclair of BDA Partners and Bda Partners (London) Limited acted as financial advisor to Doosan Enerbility Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A034020).
