Ltd. acquired 24.9% stake in Imexpharm Corporation (HOSE:IMP) from CAM Vietnam Mother Fund managed by Dragon Capital Investment Management Limited, Mirae Asset Financial Group., Kingsmead Vietnam And Indochina Growth Master Fund and Dragon Capital Group, Corp. (OTCPK:DRGV) on May 29, 2020. The transaction was carried out through Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) at an undisclosed value. Most of the shares (11.3 million) were acquired from Dragon Capital Group, while the rest came from CAM Vietnam Mother Fund, Kingsmead, and Mirae Asset.
