The REIT owns a portfolio of garden-style multi-residential properties, primarily located in three markets across the Sunbelt and Midwest regions of the United States. The REIT owns a portfolio of approximately 15 investment properties consisting of 3,300 units total. The REIT's portfolio includes Mansions at Riverside, Ashton Glen, The Morgan, Aspen Village, Colt’s Crossing, Rochelle Plaza, Maple Oaks, Council Crossing, Winchester Run, The Commons, Carriage Court, Commons at Kettering, Oak Place, Ascent at Lake Worth, and Creekwood Place.
