Dusit Thani Public Company Limited reported that the Company entered into the Amendment to Land Lease Agreement with The Crown Property Bureau (the "CPB") for the 21 Rai 55.97 Square wah of the land registered under CPB, which is located at No. 1, Saladaeng Sub-District, intersection of Silom Road, Silom District, Bangkok to develop a mixed-use property development project, namely Dusit Central Park (the "DCP") located at the intersection of Silom Road and Rama IV Road. The amendment is made to the construction period, which was originally 7 years starting from 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2024, to be 9 years starting from 1 July 2017 and 30 June 2026.

Such change of construction period resulting in the revised starting date of the land lease period which originally started from 1 July 2024 to start from 1 July 2026, while the lease term remained unchanged. In other words, the land lease term covers a 30 years period with the right to extend it for another 30 years on the same terms and conditions (30+30 years) or commencing from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2086. The amendment to the Land Lease Agreement is considered an asset acquisition transaction, in which the amount does not exceed the budget for the DCP project which the shareholders approved an additional budget at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No.
