D S and partners limited company signed a contract to acquire 10.2% stake in G.I. innovation Co., Ltd. from Cancer Rop Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A180400) for KRW 7.5 billion on April 29, 2019. Ds&Partners will acquire 1 million shares of G.I. innovation. Under the terms of the transaction, KRW 7 billion will be paid in April 30, 2019 and the remaining will be paid on May 15, 2019. G.I. innovation reported total assets of KRW 25.4 billion, net assets of KRW 25 billion as of December 31, 2018 and net loss of KRW 5.2 billion for the year ended December 31, 2018. The transaction is resolved by the board of Cancer Rop. The transaction is expected to complete on May 15, 2019. Hyundai Accounting Corporation acted as external valuer in the transaction.
