Cancer Rop Holdings Co., Ltd. singed a contract to acquire 10.78% stake in Cancer Rop Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A180400) from Myungji Global Bio Fund for approximately KRW 30 billion on July 11, 2018. The offer per share is KRW 13,500, payable in cash. Under the terms of the deal, Cancer Rop Holdings Co., Ltd. will make a deposit of KRW 2 billion as on July 11, 2018 and the balance will be paid on August 31, 2018. As per amendment report on August 31, 2018, Cancer Rop Holdings will acquire 3.4% stake in Cancer Rop Co., Ltd. for KRW 9.5 billion. Cancer Rop Holdings will acquire 0.7 million shares for KRW 13,500 each. As per consideration, KRW 2 billion was paid on July 11, 2018 and the balance KRW 7.5 billion will be paid on August 31, 2018. The scheduled expected closing date of the deal is August 31, 2018.
