Jungoh F & B Co., Ltd, MP Hankang CO., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A219550) and ISmartN Co., Ltd. acquired 25% stake in Welliv Corporation for KRW960 million from N Citron, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A101400) on March 17, 2020. The consideration is payable by issue of convertible bonds. Jungoh F & B Co., Ltd and MP Han River will acquire 0.062 million shares each at a transfer price of KRW2 billion and ISmartN Co., Ltd. will acquire 0.175 million shares with a transfer price of KRW5.6 billion. Daeju Accounting Corporation performed external evaluation for N Citron, Inc.
