ANNOUNCEMENT ON UNAUDITED OPERATING DATA

FOR THE THIRD QUARTER OF

THE THREE MONTHS ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2019 AND

THE NINE MONTHS ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2019

This announcement is voluntarily made by Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd.* (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group").

The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company is pleased to announce that the unaudited waste input volume, electricity generation volume and on-grid electricity volume of the Group amounted to 1,877,900 tons, 626,892,300 kWh and 512,594,600 kWh respectively in the third quarter of the three months ended 30 September 2019. For the nine months ended 30 September 2019, the unaudited waste input volume of the Group amounted to 5,233,500 tons, representing a year-on-year increase of 53.67%; the electricity generation volume was 1,672,572,600 kWh, representing a year-on-year increase of 49.89%; and the on-grid electricity volume was 1,377,822,800 kWh, representing a year-on-year increase of 47.06%.
