ACT Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A138360) agreed to acquire 19.7% stake in Saehwa IMC Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A145210) from Woosung Corporation Co.,Ltd. for KRW 31 billion on May 12, 2021. Woosung Corporation Co.,Ltd. will dispose of 31 million shares at a price of KRW 1000. The consideration is paid in cash a down payment of KRW 5.5 billion, intermediate payment of KRW 10 billion and remaining KRW 15.5 billion is paid on July 5, 2021.
ACT Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A138360) completed the acquisition of 19.7% stake in Saehwa IMC Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A145210) from Woosung Corporation Co.,Ltd. on July 5, 2021. The transaction was financed through equity funds and convertible bonds.
Dynamic Design Co Ltd, formerly Saehwa IMC Co Ltd is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of tire molds. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Tire Mold segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of tire molds and accessory molds. The Tire Manufacturing Equipment segment is engaged in the manufacture of tire manufacturing equipment such as molding machines, drums, among others. The Other segment is engaged in the manufacture of masks. The Company sells its products within domestic to foreign markets.
