TO SHAREHOLDERS TO FILE CLAIMS OF UNCLAIMED SHARE CERTIFICATES/UNPAID DIVIDEND

Notice is hereby given that the shares of Dynea Pakistan Limited/dividend declared by the company details whereof are appearing on the Company's website www.dynea.com.pk at following URL:

have remained unclaimed or unpaid for a period of three years from the date these have become due and payable.

That a notice was sent by registered post acknowledgement due on the last known addresses of shareholders to submit their claims within three months to the company's Share Registrar, but no reply has been received in this regard.

That the company hereby invites claims from the Shareholders to be lodged within 90 days from the date of this notice to the Share Registrar at its address given below:
