Santa Fe Relocation announced the expansion of its senior leadership team in the Americas. Three key management roles have been added, further positioning the company for continued growth, both domestically and internationally, supporting the achievement of the 2020 Strategy. All three positions will report to Betsy Welch, CEO Americas. Don Smith has been named Vice President/Head of Sales Americas and will be based in Danbury, Connecticut. Don will manage corporate sales, consumer sales and marketing in the Americas region, while overseeing business development in North America. In addition to reporting to the CEO Americas, Don will also matrix with the Group CCO, Gregoire Pinton, leveraging the power and expertise of the worldwide commercial organization. Patricia (Pat) Welch has been named Head of Relocation and Assignment Management Services (RAMS) Americas. She will be based Danbury, Connecticut and will work with the US team and global RAMS control towers in the delivery of the assignment management services. Braxton Dailey has been hired in the role of Household Goods Manager, Americas. He will be based in Houston, Texas. Braxton will lead the US supplier relationships in moving services to provide superior customer service. Braxton has worked for several leading companies in the US during his moving services career. He has experience in sales, operations, account management and supplier management. Braxton brings his valuable knowledge in transportation, logistics and customer service to this area of Santa Fe's US business. His experience will enable him to quickly integrate into the organization and to effectively work with the moving partners to deliver best in class services.
