Earth Corporation (TSE:4985) announces an share repurchase program. Under the program the company will repurchase 500,000 shares, representing 2.26% of the outstanding shares, for ¥2,000 million. The purpose of the program is to carry out flexible capital policies in response to changes in the business environment.
The program is valid till July 31, 2024. As of December 31, 2023, the company had 22,126,804 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 14,296 shares in treasury.
