East Asia Holdings Investment Limited (KOSDAQ:A900110) agreed to acquire remaining 48% stake in Premiata Limited from DING SHAODONG, DING SHAOBIN, CHEN MIAOMIAO and CHEN CHUNLING for CNY 95.3 million on November 27, 2023. Prior to the transaction, East Asia Holdings Investment Limited (KOSDAQ:A900110) held 52% stake. East Asia Holdings will pay CNY 75.7 million in cash and issue 30 million shares as consideration.
The transaction is expected to complete on December 5, 2023.
